Cocktail Pork Sausages with Cajun Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Blackened Cajun Seasoning
- 1 kg plain cocktail sausages
- 500 ml light mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp crème fraiche
- 1 kg plain cocktail sausages
- 500 ml light mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp crème fraiche
Method:
Cook the cocktail sausages in a frying pan for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Combine the mayonnaise with the crème fraiche and Schwartz Blackened Cajun Seasoning. Serve the Cajun mayonnaise in a serving bowl and arrange the sausages around on a serving plate.
