Buffalo Pork Belly Roll

- 50 grams Schwartz Buffalo Wings Seasoning
- 2 kg pork belly
- 2 tbsp oil
- 75 grams butter
- 10 buns
- Fresh coleslaw for serving (optional)


Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.

Lay the pork skin-side up on a rack in a roasting tin. Oil the skin lightly. Place the pork in the oven and cook for 1 hour.

Remove the pork from the oven and baste it with the juices. Continue to cook for a further 1½ hours, basting every 30 minutes.

Once the meat is cooked, leave it to cool slightly so you can handle it. Cut off the crackling and reserve.

Shred the meat and mix with the Schwartz Buffalo Wings Seasoning.

Butter the rolls and divide the pork between them. Serve with fresh coleslaw.
