BBQ Spare Ribs


- Rack of short cut ribs
- Classic BBQ Seasoning
- Your favourite ale!
- Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce
- Chunky chips and salad to serve


Take a rack of short cut pork ribs and liberally coat in Schwartz Classic BBQ Seasoning

Place in a deep baking tray and cover with real ale

Cover the tray in foil and bake slowly for 1½ hours at 140°/150°C or until tender

Lift and drain. Allow to cool

When ready to serve, coat generously with Schwartz Hickory Smoked Barbecue Sauce and return to a hot oven until nicely glazed

Serve with chunky chips and salad
