American Spicy Meatball Kebabs

- 1.4 kg minced pork or turkey
- 75 grams Piri Piri Seasoning
- 60 ml oil
- 20 wooden skewers


Soak kebab sticks for 30 minutes.

Mix the mince with Schwartz for Chef Piri Piri Seasoning. Roll into 40 meatballs and flatten slightly. Then wrap to meatballs around them.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the kebabs for 6-7 minutes or until cooked, turning occasionally.
