Tagliatelle with Arrabbiata Roasted vegetables

- olive oil
- 2 tbsp Arrabbiata Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 kg Vegetables: peppers, red onion, courgettes, butternut squash
- 1 kg Tagliatelle, cooked and refreshed


PREPARATION IN ADVANCE: Cook pasta as per instructions and refresh. Dice vegetables. Heat olive oil in a roasting tin.

METHOD: Add diced vegetables and sprinkle with Schwartz Arrabbiata Seasoning. Roast for 25-30 mins in hot oven.

Heat wok and add a little oil and Schwartz Italian seasoning, add Tagliatelle and toss for 1 min. Add vegetables and serve.
