Garlic and Vegetable Pasta Bake

- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 red onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp
- 2 red peppers, sliced
- 2 yellow peppers, sliced
- 2 courgettes, sliced
- 2 chicken stock cubes
- 350 ml double cream
- 125 ml milk
- 1 kg cooked pasta
- 175 grams Cheddar cheese, grated


Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onions and Schwartz for Chef Chopped Garlic in Oil for 2-3 minutes. Add remaining vegetables and fry for 8-10 minutes.

Add the stock, cream and milk and bring to the boil, stirring. Stir in the cooked pasta and transfer to a heatproof dish.

Top with cheese and grill until golden.
