Creamy Tomato and Basil Pasta

- 1 kg pasta shapes, cooked and drained
- 60 ml oil
- 450 grams onion, chopped
- 3 red pepper, diced
- 800 ml double cream
- 100 grams tomato puree
- 125 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 600 grams ham, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp Premium Basil
- Sea Salt to taste
- Black Peppercorns , freshly ground - to taste


Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion until softened.
Add the pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil.

Stir in the pasta and heat through. Season with salt and pepper.
