Sriracha Sauce

Sriracha Sauce


- 3 bell peppers, destalked and seeds removed
- 400 ml water
- 25 grams Schwartz Sriracha Seasoning
- 50 grams sugar
- 100 ml white wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed


In a food processor or high speed blender, add the peppers with the water and blend until smooth.

Bring this mixture to the boil in a medium saucepan on a low heat.

Add the remaining ingredients and reduce to a simmer.

Cook for 10-15 minutes and then allow to cool completely before serving.
