Refried Beans with Fajita Oil and Crisps

- 1x tin refried beans
- For the oil
- 450 ml Vegetable oil;
- 2 tbsp Fajita Seasoning
- For the crisps;
- 2 potatoes – thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Fajita Seasoning
- vegetable oil for frying


Warm the oil gently in a pan

Remove from heat and stir in the Fajita seasoning

Allow to cool before use

For the crisps;

Heat the oil to 170c.

Fry the potato slices until golden.

Drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle with the Fajita seasoning.

To serve;

Warm the refried beans and serve in a bowl.

Drizzle with Fajita oil to taste.

Serve the Fajita crisps on the side to dip in the beans.
