Homemade Wasabi Furikake Seasoning

- 50 grams wasabi peas
- 2 tbsp bonito flakes
- 1 sheet unseasoned nori (dried seaweed)
- 1 tsp Schwartz Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp Schwartz Cayenne Pepper
- 75 grams Schwartz Sesame Seed


Place the wasabi peas, bonito flakes, nori, Sea Salt, sugar and Cayenne Pepper into a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is well blended and powdery. Transfer to bowl.

Toast the Sesame Seeds in a dry frying pan on a medium heat for about 2 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally. Immediately toss with the wasabi pea mixture and leave to cool completely.

Store in tightly covered jar in a cool, dry place up to 1 month.
