Herb Infused Crust

- Herb Fusion To taste
- 500 grams dried breadcrumbs
- 30 grams fresh curly parsley
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 200 ml olive oil


Put all the ingredients together in a food processor and blend to form a fine moist crumb.

Can be used as topping for vegetable dishes or a crust on fish or meat grills.
