Chive and Mustard Sandwich Spread

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Butter, room temperature
- 20 grams Premium Chives
- 2 tbsp Mustard Dijon
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 20 grams Premium Chives
- 2 tbsp Mustard Dijon
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Method:
Combine butter, chives, mustard and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Blend well.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread onto whole bread slices and top with ham and chicken.
