Spicy Cheese and Tomato Calzone


- 1 kg bread dough
- 250 grams tomato paste
- 750 grams grated cheddar
- 50 grams Arrabbiata Seasoning
- flour for dusting


Pre-heat oven to 180ºC / Gas Mark 4. Divide the dough into 10 x 100g balls. On a floured surface, roll out the balls into flat circles.

Mix the tomato paste and the Schwartz for Chef Arrabbiata Seasoning together in a bowl and smooth 25g of this paste over each dough circle. Top each circle with 75g grated cheddar and fold in half. Seal the edges together, place on a lightly greased baking tray and cook for 10 minutes.
