Spicy Minced Koftas

- 1.4 kg minced lamb
- 75 ml lamb stock
- 1 tbsp Garlic Puree
- 1/2 tbsp
- 1 bunch spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 onions, cut into chunks
- 10 wooden skewers


Mix together the minced meat, stock, Schwartz for Chef Garlic Purée and spring onions. Divide the mixture into 10 and roll into meatballs.

Roll in the Schwartz for Chef Montreal Pepper Seasoning. Thread onto 10 wooden skewers alternating with the pepper and onion pieces.

Place under a preheated grill for 10-15 minutes or until cooked throughout, turning occasionally.
