Mediterranean Lamb with Greek style Salad


- olive oil
- 800 grams lamb fillet, cut to fine strips
- 2 tbsp Arrabbiata Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- For the Salad:
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 200 grams Noels Sliced Black Olives in Brine
- 4 red onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning


PREPARATION IN ADVANCE: Mix together the salad ingredients and portion into bowls. Chill.

METHOD: Heat wok and add some oil. Add lamb and sprinkle on Schwartz for Chef Arrabbiata and Italian Seasonings. Stir fry until browned. Divide between salad bowls.
