Mediterranean Lamb Cutlets

Ingredients:
- olive oil
- 20 small lamb cutlets
- 2 tbsp Arrabbiata Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Garlic Puree
- 20 small lamb cutlets
- 2 tbsp Arrabbiata Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Garlic Puree
Method:
PREPARATION IN ADVANCE: Mix together the olive oil, Schwartz Arrabbiata Seasoning and Italian Seasoning. Stir in Schwartz Garlic Puree. Brush cutlets with the marinade.
METHOD: Grill cutlets until just cooked. Serve with crisp salad and potato wedges.
