Spicy Italian Tuna

- 30 ml oil
- 10 x 150 grams tuna steaks
- 50 grams Arrabbiata Seasoning
- 125 ml sour cream
- 2 tbsp Premium Basil
- Fresh green leaves to serve


Heat the oil in a large frying pan.

Add the tuna steaks and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Dust each side with Schwartz for Chef Arrabbiata Seasoning and continue to cook for 2 minutes each side. Add Schwartz for Chef basil to the sour cream and stir.

Serve the cooked tuna steaks with the fresh salad leaves, drizzle over the sour cream and basil dressing.
