Salmon with Cajun Butter


- 3 tbsp Blackened Cajun Seasoning
- 10x150 grams salmon fillets
- 250 grams unsalted butter
- 20 ml lemon juice


Mix butter, lemon juice and Schwartz Blackened Cajun Seasoning together in a bow. Roll in some cling film and allow to set in the refrigerator. Bake the salmon in the oven and, once baked, remove from oven, take the butter out of the fridge and slice into 10. Place 1 slice of butter on the salmon fillet and serve with new potatoes and vegetables of your choice.
