Old Bay Prawn and Crab Salad

- For the Salad
- 1 kg cooked and peeled prawns
- 500 grams white crab meat
- 30 grams Old Bay Seasoning
- 100 grams mixed leaves
- 2 avocados, diced
- 200 grams cherry tomatoes cut into half
- 1 cucumber cut into half and sliced
- 10 lemon wedges
- For The Dressing:
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 150 ml olive oil
- 5 grams Old Bay Seasoning


Mix the prawns and the crab meat with the Old Bay Seasoning.

To make the dressing, mix together the lemon juice, olive oil and Old Bay Seasoning.

Now assemble the salads dividing the leaves, avocado, tomatoes and cucumber between 10 plates. Top with the seasoned prawn and crab mix and serve with a drizzle of the dressing and a wedge of lemon.
