Hot and Spicy Salmon

Ingredients:
- 10 Salmon steaks
- 3 tbsp Chinese Five Spice Seasoning
- 100 ml natural yoghurt
- 1/2 tbsp Chopped Chilli in Oil
- 3 tbsp Chinese Five Spice Seasoning
- 100 ml natural yoghurt
- 1/2 tbsp Chopped Chilli in Oil
Method:
Dust salmon steaks with Schwartz for Chef Chinese Five Spice Seasoning, pre-heat grill.
Oil grill lightly and grill salmon steaks for 4-5 mins until flake away from skin.
Serve with a natural yoghurt mixed with ½ tsp of Chilli in oil.
