Sticky BBQ Chicken Strips

Ingredients:
- 1.4 kg skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- Beaten egg
- 300 grams
- Oil for deep frying
- 170 grams honey
- 250 grams Barbecue Sauce
- Beaten egg

Method:
Dip the chicken in the egg and then into the Schwartz Yankee Fried Breader. Deep fry at 190°C until golden and cooked throughout.
Mix the honey and Schwartz Barbecue Sauce together and serve as a dip with the chicken strips.
