Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry

- chicken breast - diced
- shitake mushrooms – sliced
- 1x red pepper – sliced
- 1x red onion – sliced
- spring onions - chopped
- 2x pak choi - sliced
- noodles – cooked
- vegetable oil
- Piri Piri Seasoning
- tomato ketchup
- soy sauce
- Sesame Seed toasted
- sesame oil – to taste


Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok on the stove.

Fry the chicken for 2 minutes until golden.

Add the red onion, peppers and sliced mushrooms and cook for a further 4 minutes.

Add the spring onions, pak choi and noodles and continue cooking until hot.

Combine the Piri Piri seasoning, soy and ketchup and add to the stir fry.

Serve immediately garnished with toasted sesame seeds and drizzle of sesame oil.
