Roast Chicken with a Cajun Seasoned Stuffing

- 2 large chickens, boneless
- 500 grams Schwartz Sage & Onion Stuffing
- 1.37 lt boiling water
- 50 grams Blackened Cajun Seasoning
- 50 grams butter, unsalted


Place Schwartz Sage and Onion Stuffing and Schwartz Blackened Cajun Seasoning into a bowl. Mix with boiling water, butter and left for 15 minutes Stuff the chicken and tie with butchers string.

Roast in a hot oven until golden brown and the core temperature is over 75oc.
