Crunchy Cajun Chicken Burger

- 10 x 100gram pre-made chicken burgers, defrosted if frozen
- Beaten egg
- 200 grams
- Oil for deep fat frying
- 10 sesame buns
- Shredded lettuce
- Sliced tomatoes
- 100 mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Blackened Cajun Seasoning


Mix some beaten egg with Schwartz Yankee Fried Breader to form a batter and use to coat the burgers. Deep fry until golden and cooked throughout. Serve in a bun on a bed of lettuce and tomato.

Mix the mayonnaise and Schwartz Cajun Seasoning together and spoon over the burger. Serve with onion rings.

To serve: deep fried onion rings coated in Schwartz Yankee Fried Breader.
