Chinese Five Spice Chicken Noodles


- 1 bunch  spring onions, sliced
- 500 grams chicken breast, fine sliced
- 1 tbsp Schwartz Chinese Five Spice
- 1 tbsp Schwartz Garlic Puree
- 1 kg noodles, cooked and refreshed
- 50 ml rice wine or water
- 10 ml soy sauce


PREPARATION IN ADVANCE: Cook noodles as per instructions and refresh. Slice chicken & spring onions.


Heat wok and add 3 tbsp oil, add spring onions and chicken, Schwartz Chinese Five Spice & Garlic Puree. Stir fry for 4 mins.

Toss in noodles and rice wine or water. Toss to heat through. Add soy sauce to taste and serve.
