Chicken Fajitas - School Meal


- 3 tbsp oil
- 1.2 kg chicken breast, skinless, boneless, sliced
- 3 onions, sliced
- 3 red peppers, sliced
- 3 green peppers, sliced
- 1 (sachet)
- 20 flour tortillas


Heat the oil and fry the chicken and onion over a high heat for 10 minutes, until the chicken is browned.

Stir in the peppers and sachet of Schwartz for Chef Tex Mex Recipe Mix.
Fry for a further 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve with flour tortillas.

Each portion serves 10 senior school children / adults and serves 20 junior school children.
