Chicken and Sesame Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 800 grams chicken breast, cut to fine strips
- 2 tbsp Chinese Five Spice Seasoning
- Pared zest lemon, shredded to fine strips
- 5 leeks, fine shredded
- 150 ml wine/water
- 100 grams Sesame Seed
- 2 tbsp Chinese Five Spice Seasoning
- Pared zest lemon, shredded to fine strips

- 100 grams Sesame Seed
Method:
Heat wok and add 3 tbsp oil.
Add chicken and sprinkle in the Schwartz for Chef Chinese Five Spice, stir fry for 3 mins. Add lemon zest and leeks and stir fry for 2 mins.
Add liquid and Schwartz for Chef Sesame Seeds.
Serve with noodles.
