Tomato and Herb Bruschetta


- 3 ciabatta loaf, cut into 20 slices
- 10 large tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 40 grams Garlic Puree
- 5 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 60 ml olive oil


Lightly toast one side of the bread under a pre-heated grill.

Mix together the remaining ingredients and top the untoasted side of the bread.

Drizzle over a little extra olive oil and place back under the grill for 2-3 minutes until the bread is crispy and the tomatoes have softened.
