Garlic & Herb Focaccia

- Garlic and Herb Twist to taste
- 1 lb strong white bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 sachets dried yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 400 ml water


Place the flour, salt, yeast, oil and water in a mixer and mix to form a dough. Knead for 10 minutes.

Line 2 baking sheets with greaseproof paper. Divide the dough in half and flatten out onto each baking tray.

Sprinkle the Garlic and Herb Seasoning over the dough and leave to prove until doubled in size – about 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 220?C and bake for 25 – 30 minutes.
