Enhance kebabs with culinary spices

Spices can be great in a kebab

Kebabs are a brilliant dish for caterers to prepare, as they are often a hit with diners and offer a good deal of scope for innovation.

In an article for the Independent, celebrity chef Bill Granger suggested the use of a wide range of culinary spices for kebabs.

Cinnamon, coriander, cumin and chilli were included and he also recommended the use of sweet red onions and herby cucumber yoghurt as a side serving.
