Add paprika to Basque light bites

Paprika can be a great addition to talos

Caterers looking for new sources of ideas for inspirational recipes would be well advised to look at the culinary traditions of other cultures.

They are also highly customisable - so chefs could bring their own unique twist to the dish by adding unusual combinations of culinary spices.

Paprika and chilli are obvious possibilities - but why not go for something really experimental and try cinnamon?
