Speaking to the Aiken Standard, army chef Kim Milano said: "I tell people that if they eat better, they will feel better, and they will be able to handle stress better."

She claimed that cooking for children can have good results for adults too, as they are often reluctant to change but will cook healthier meals for their kids.
