TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To claim your refund please send a written statement (of no less than 15 words) explaining why you were not satisfied with your Schwartz catering product. Please include the original receipt and the product pack label, together with your name, business address and postcode and send to Schwartz More Or Your Money Back Promotion, Jellybean Creative Solutions, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8BZ


Applicants will be refunded their purchase price for the individual pack, as evidenced by the receipt, up to a maximum value of £10/€12.


All refunds will be made by cheque in the local currency of the applicant.
Offer only open to bonafide professional caterers who reside in the UK and Republic of Ireland, aged 16 or over.


Closing date for applications is 31.12.13


  • No responsibility can be taken for claims that have been lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. We recommend you send your claim by recorded delivery.
  • Incomplete or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
  • Only one application for a single refund per business address will be accepted. NO bulk or third party applications will be accepted.
  • Please allow 30 days for cheque delivery from receipt of a valid claim. Cheques will only be made payable to the person whose name appears on the application.
  • Please seek permission from senior management before participating. Any tax liability as a result of taking part in this promotion is the participant’s own and they should check their own tax position.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.
