Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1.2 kg assorted vegetables - thinly sliced, e.g. courgettes, mange tout, baby corn, pepper, carrots, spring onions
- 2 tbsp Ground Ginger
- 5 tsp clear honey
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 5 tbsp Mustard Whole Grain
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

Method:

Heat the oil in a large pan or wok. Stir fry the vegetables until crisp but cooked.

Mix Schwartz Ginger, honey, cider vinegar, Schwartz Wholegrain Mustard Sauce and soy sauce together. Pour over the vegetables, stir fry for 1-2 minutes longer and serve. These vegetables make a great accompaniment to any Chinese meal.
