Spicy Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients:

- 100 ml olive oil
- 5 tomatoes, skinned and choped
- 1 kg cooked baby new potatoes, drained
- 25 grams Ground Cumin
- 5 grams Ground Turmeric
- 10 grams Chilli Powder
- 30 grams
- 30 ml lemon juice
- Sea Salt to taste
- Black Peppercorns , freshly ground - to taste
- 25 grams Mint Sauce

Method:

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the tomatoes for 30 seconds.

Stir in the remaining ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously until heated through.
