Onion and Chive Potato Gratin

Ingredients:

- 1.7 kg potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 300 grams double cream
- 300 grams milk
- 5 tsp Premium Chives
- 1 Medium  Onion chopped
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- 300 grams cherry tomatoes
- 225 grams cooked ham, sliced
- 225 grams Cheddar cheese, grated

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 190C, 375F, Gas Mark 5.

Place potatoes, cream, milk, seasoning and Schwartz for Chef Premium Chives in a large saucepan, bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Grease an ovenproof dish with butter. Add tomatoes and ham to potatoes and pour into dish. Top with cheese. Bake for 40 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked.
