Mini Tempura-style Vegetable Kebabs

Ingredients:

- 150 grams Schwartz Yankee Fried Breader
- 10 grams Sesame Seed
- 3 red peppers, diced
- 3 courgettes, cut into 8
- 5 wooden skewers, cut in half
- Beaten egg

Method:

Mix together the Schwartz Yankee Fried Breader and Sesame Seeds.

Thread the vegetables alternately onto the 10 skewers.

Dip the vegetables in the egg and then into the Schwartz Yankee Fried Breader and deep fry the kebabs at 190°C until golden and cooked thoroughly.
