Glazed Piri Piri Pineapple

Ingredients:

- 8x tinned pineapple rings
- 3x tbsp brown sugar
- 1 ½ tsp Piri Piri Seasoning
- ½ lime - juice
- 25 grams Butter

Method:

Combine the Piri Piri seasoning with the sugar

Sprinkle the mixture over the pineapple rings

Heat the butter in a pan and fry the pineapple until caramelised

Finish with the lime juice

Good served with fish or try it served warm with vanilla ice cream
