Baked Potato Wedges - School Meal

Ingredients:

- 2 kg baking potatoes cut for chips with skins on
- oil
- 1 (sachet)

Method:

Put potato wedges in a pan of cold water and bring to the boil. Once boiling, strain and allow to cool.

Place potato wedges in a roasting dish and sprinkle with Schwartz for Chef Tex Mex Recipe Mix and oil. Bake in hot oven for 30 - 40 minutes until golden brown.

Each portion serves 10 senior school children / adults and serves 20 junior school children.
