Pork Chops with Sage and Apple Sauce

Ingredients:

- 500 grams Bramley Apple Sauce
- 10 x 180 gram pork chops
- Sea Salt to taste
- Black Peppercorns , freshly ground - To taste
- 20 grams Sage

Method:

Heat the grill or a large frying pan, season the chops and grill or fry about 5 minutes each side until done.

Stir the Schwartz Sage into the Schwartz for Chef Bramley Apple Sauce and heat gently until warm.

Serve over the pork chops.
