BBQ Spiced Rack of Pork Ribs Served with Chunky Cajun Chips and Coleslaw

Ingredients:

- Whole rack of pork ribs

- Sweet chilli sauce to glaze

Method:

Mix the Schwartz for Chef Mediterranean BBQ Seasoning with enough water to form a paste and spread well over the ribs. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

Roast the ribs on a low heat in the oven for 1-2 hours, or until tender. Brush with sweet chili sauce and return to the oven until well glazed and sticky.

Serve the ribs on a board with chunky chips sprinkled with Schwartz for Chef Cajun Seasoning and a pot of coleslaw.
