Creamy Tomato and Basil Pasta

1 kg pasta shapes, cooked and drained
60 oil
450 g onion, chopped
3 red pepper, diced
800 double cream
100 g tomato puree
125 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
600 g ham, cut into strips

Schwartz ® Basil
Schwartz ® Sea Salt
Schwartz ® Black Peppercorns
Procedure
Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion until softened.
Add the pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil.
Stir in the pasta and heat through. Season with salt and pepper.
