Spicy Italian Soup with Chunky Ciabatta Croutons

Ingredients:

- 1.7 lt prepared tomato soup
- 50 grams Arrabbiata Seasoning
- 1 ciabatta, cut into rough chunks
- 60 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp Mixed Herbs

Method:

Bring the soup to boil. Add Schwartz Arrabbiata Seasoning and keep warm.

Heat the oil and brown the croutons. Add Schwartz Mixed Herbs to the croutons while they are still hot.

Top each serving of soup with a few croutons and serve immediately.
