Smokey Texan Salmon Fillet

Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp Smokey Texan
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp oil

Method:

Mix together the Smokey Texan Seasoning, ketchup and oil to make a paste

Coat the salmon fillets and leave to marinade for at least 30 minutes.

Grill to your liking and serve with tomato salsa.
