Ingredients:

- Vinaigrette:
- 1/4 tsp Schwartz Black Pepper Coarse Ground
- 2 tbsp Chia Seed with Citrus, Chilli and Garlic Blend
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salad:
- 675 grams baby new potatoes, coloured if possible
- 425 grams green beans (haricot verts), trimmed
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 10 large eggs
- 175 grams baby plum tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 150 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 100 grams Noels Olives Black Stoneless, halved
- 100 ml white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Schwartz Dijon mustard 4
- 1/2 tsp Schwartz Sea Salt 5
- 1 1/2 tbsp Chia Seed with Citrus, Chilli and Garlic Blend
- Tuna:
- 10 tuna steaks
- 1 tsp Schwartz Sea Salt
- Chia Seed with Citrus, Chilli and Garlic Blend, for garnish
