Moroccan Prawns with Avocado

Ingredients:

- 1.5 kg low-fat natural yoghurt
- 100 ml lemon juice
- 2 sachets
- 5 avocadoes, stoned, skinned and sliced
- 1 kg cooked prawns

Method:

Mix together the low-fat natural yoghurt, lemon juice and Moroccan Recipe Mix.

Serve the avocado slices with the prawns and top with a dollop of the yoghurt.

Hint:

Green salad, brown bread.
