Mediterranean Tiger Prawns  By Robert Hemming Head Chef the Bat and Ball

Ingredients:

- Tiger prawns or king prawns
- mixed 50/50 with water to make a marinade
- Garlic butter
- Lemon, cut in half and chargrilled
- Warm crusty bread to serve

Method:

Soak the prawns in the marinade for 1 hour

Pan fry in the garlic butter until just cooked

Serve with the warm crusty bread, half a chargrilled lemon and a finger bowl!
