Herb Butter Prawns

Ingredients:

- Herb Fusion to taste
- 1 kg prawns
- 100 grams softened butter
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 lemon - juiced

Method:

In a bowl mix together the butter and Herb Fusion Seasoning.

Grill the prawns through and add to the Herb Fusion butter.

Add the parsley and lemon just before serving.
