Ingredients:

- 500 grams cod goujons
- 500 grams salmon goujons
- 250 grams tail-on tiger prawns
- 1 Beaten egg
- 300 grams
- Oil for deep frying
- 500 grams Tartare Sauce

Method:

Dip the seafood in the beaten egg and then into the Schwartz Yankee Fried Breader.

Deep fry at 190°C until golden and cooked throughout.

Serve with the Schwartz Tartare Sauce.
