- 500 g salmon goujons
- 250 g tail-on tiger prawns
- 1 Beaten egg

- Oil for deep frying

Procedure
- Dip the seafood in the beaten egg and then into the Schwartz Yankee Fried Breader.
- Deep fry at 190°C until golden and cooked throughout.
- Serve with the Schwartz Tartare Sauce.
