Cod with Moroccan Spiced Butter - School Meal

Ingredients:

- 300 grams butter, softened
- 200 ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 sachet
- 1.2 kg cod fillets

Method:

Mix the butter, lemon juice and Moroccan Recipe Mix together in a bowl, roll into a sausage shape and wrap in cling-film. Chill until solid.

Meanwhile, pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6. Bake the cod in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through. Remove from the oven, take the butter out the fridge and slice into 20.

Place a slice of butter on each cod fillet and serve.

Each portion serves 10 senior school children / adults and serves 20 junior school children.
